Manus Provincial Administrator, Oka Nungu when posing the question about establishing an ICHM to the participants said that the help-desk will assist in proper management of the public services.
Mr Nungu was one of the eight provincial administrators who expressed interest in setting up complaints desks after the two day Government Body Liaison Program (GBLP) workshop in Lae on 18-19 June 2019.
Governor for Manus, Hon. Charlie Benjamin and Manus MP and Speaker of Parliament Hon. Joe Pomat were among participants who agreed with the proposal to set-up a help-desk in the provincial administration.
