The Ombudsman Commission has intervened to address basic service delivery in Port Moresby relating to bad state of roads, power outages, street and traffic lights, domestic waste and potholes.
The Ombudsman Commission invited City Manager Ravu Frank for a meeting to discuss these issues raised by the OC and Frank committed to undertake the re-sealing and rehabilitation of the two kilometres Healy Parade road from Ela Beach Mobil Fuel Station to the Koki roundabout as a priority.
