I Mr. MUTARAWEC HETONEO a 44 Years Nursing Officer attached to Finschhafen district Health Admin, attached to Gagidu Urban Clinic for 15 years,
I resumed my duty on 27/07/2009 till June 2024 I went for further studies, Bachelor in Midwifery under Ausaid scholarship program. After graduate and back I was Put off from Payroll without notifying me and director inform me that you has been refered to Disablinary for not following channel of communication to go out studies.
Please assist me to sort out my situation, I have put off from Payroll in June 2025 without notifying me and and refer me to disablinary committee and even tell me to resign.
Am still wondering and don’t now how to go about.
